Location
This photo was taken from a plane window on my way back from Florida going to New Jersey.Time
This was right at sunset, probably around 6/7 since it was summerLighting
Natural lighting here was perfect since there was beautiful light coming from the lightning strikes.Equipment
Canon Rebel T3i with an 75-300mm lensInspiration
On the way to Florida I didn't have my camera with me and I saw the most beautiful sunset. Since I missed it, I knew I had to have my camera with my just in case on the next flight. It just so happened that the plane passed through two different lightning storms and as I saw the strikes I knew I needed a photo.Editing
Just basic editing in Photoshop (sharpening, levels adjustment, etc).In my camera bag
My camera, two lenses (longer range and normal), cleaning equipment, Chargers, extra batteries and extra SD cards.Feedback
Be patient!! I must have taken 400 photos before I got a lightning strike on camera.
