Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in the streets of San Juan, Costa Rica at the Museo Nacional de Costa Rica.

Time

We were part of a U.S club soccer team traveling from San Juan around 10 in the morning before we left town for our second stop.

Lighting

This was our first day with a beautiful blue sky. It was still cloudy but the lighting was very nice.

Equipment

Canon 5d Mark III with a Canon 16-35 mm f/2.8 L shot handheld

Inspiration

The geometric shape and symmetry of the piece of art was too awesome not capture for a lasting memory! I really wanted to go through the whole museum after I visited this outdoor piece of art.

Editing

Just opened up the shadows a bit and adjusted the white balance.
