The abstract metal sculpture is not art work. It is a piece preserved from the debris of 9-11 found after the WTC collapsed. It's new home is Battery Park, lower Manhattan, NYC, sitting amongst the architecture of modern day urban life.. not far from where the WTC was located. It represents what was, and what now is. Inadvertently, it has now become 'art'. A symbol of strength for the city.
