While everyone was nestled inside there home, during the rain and thunder.... This girl was sitting and waiting, and by saying that i waited a freaking hour (little thing about me, i don't like to wait for landscapes to happen!!) however i read somewhere that "Landscape Photographs are the right place at the right time"
So me being me i know when the sun sets in town and i had exactly an hour to wait for the pouring rain to slow up, more bugs to come out (p.s i HATE bugs) the clouds to clear the slightest bit the the sun to "hopefully" shine in the right direction to make the rainbow happen, and with the slight breeze, i had high hopes and a lot of patience to wait. Honestly closer to an hour i was losing hope and was doubting my choice of going out.
Well friends i am very happy to say im glad i listen to my gut instincts instead of turning home right away.
Because with the dark clouds to the East and moving south, the sun setting to the west and glowing over the coulee, i was able to catch 4 photo's (only four too before it rained hard again and the sun went away)
