Location

this photo 0f bulbul, has taken in my backyard which has a lot of green cover. one gets to see a variety of birds.

Time

the photo was taken late in the afternoon.

Lighting

my house is east west facing, so there is lot of light during that hour, but not direct sunlight.

Equipment

camera used is sony dsc-hx 300. with no other equipment required.

Inspiration

the bulbul was sitting near its nest and warding off other birds like crows from venturing near the nest. i was observing this vigil since 2-3 days so felt like capturing its pose.

Editing

for this particular photo , no post processing has been done. i wanted to keep it real.

In my camera bag

since the camera i use is a bridge camera, apart from that my bag contains filters, tripod and gorilla pod.
