Fun Cold project,
Step 1: Fill a water balloon with water (we put food coloring in the balloon prior to filling)
Step 2: Set it outside -provided it is freezing temp.
Step 3; Let it freeze half way (ours took a full day)
Step 4: Flip the partially filled ice balloon over onto its opposite side.
Ours naturally froze around the edges and somehow leaked the rest of the liquid out. - We assume because of Pressure?
Step 5; Now that your balloon is frozen it should have broken the latex of the balloon, you may have to peel some off.
Step 6; Place somewhere where your neighbors can be super jealous over your creativity - Don't forget to NOT place it in direct sun light, as it will melt faster.
ENJOY!
