Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken somewhere in North Dakota. My sister and I were driving back to Minnesota from a road trip to Alaska when she spotted this old barn. We came to a screeching halt to take some photos

Time

It was about mid-morning after we had left Minot.

Lighting

The lighting was perfect.

Equipment

I had a Nikon CoolPix. No flash or tripod was used.

Inspiration

The bright red barn against the field of canola was too beautiful to drive past!

Editing

I processed this through what was then Picasa, using a little Orton.

In my camera bag

Extra batteries, two lenses, cleaning cloths.

Feedback
