I'm so impressed by your ability to keep the highlights under control so that the find textures of the body parts show clearly. Even the Goldenrod isn't overexposed, which can be a challenge.

Location
I took this in my garden. The flower is Milkweed or Wild Butterfly Weed. The Wildlife Services have asked for people in the area to plant because it is a favorite of the Monarch Butterfly on its travels. Of course, all of the other butterflies love it too. This butterfly was dancing all around that day She seemed to want to be photographed. Her wings never stopped though.Time
This was taken after lunch. I almost always take my camera out with me to admire the flowers.Lighting
I always experiment with different settings to get the effects I like. With the sun being almost directly overhead you have to be very careful not to burn out some shots.Equipment
This was shot with my Nikon D5000, Aperture f/10, ISO 200, Shutter speed 10/4000Inspiration
I am always inspired by beauty,Editing
