This is a telephoto capture of an Arrowhead Spiketail Dragonfly at Great Falls National Park in Virginia. The dragonfly was nice enough to pause for a quick photograph and then flew away on his secret mission. While they look fierce, dragonflies are harmless to people so be kind if you see him somewhere else.
