Re did the edit in NIK software and love the results better than the original edit,

Was heading up to the wind farm in Dawson Creek, When we came across this cute little guy
He allowed me to shoot him for about 20 mins

Driving to Chetwynd BC from Fort St John BC
I captured this image just before going down a huge hill
The picture makes it seem like you can jump o

Lost - yesterday,
somewhere between sunrise and sunset,
two golden hours,
each set with sixty diamond minutes.
No reward is offered, for they are go

Had a bunch of fruit trays left over from the funeral of a friend and there was no way we could eat it all before it spoiled
So what better way than

Caught this lil guy on a beautiful spring day
And Im so grateful, he stayed around long enough for me to get some shots of him

Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in South Edmonton while I was staying in an RV park that was about to be demolished and this street barn was across the street ... awaiting its fate

Time

This was at dusk, one of my fave times of day as I love the color of sunsets in the fall

Lighting

Dusk/Sunsets what else is there to share !!

Equipment

I was not planning on shooting this day so all I had with me was my trusted IPhone 4 and I am so impressed with the shots I get from it Nothing special with settings. I got lucky with the sun coming through the missing boards on the roof

Inspiration

I started at the front of this old barn and worked my way around it snapping as I went This was the shot that caught my eye This may be the last photo of this barn, as I believe 2 days later, it succumbed to a wrecking ball And had I know that I would have taken the time to get good shots with my Canon and not my IPhone 4 Lesson Learned :) FYI .... This was one of the last shots that I captured in Edmonton before I moved to Fort St John BC

Editing

I use a combo of Lightroom and Nik Software .... so there was a little adjusting, mostly to darken it and bring the colors of the sunset out

In my camera bag

Nothing special really .... wipes for lenses, extra batteries for camera, charge cords, and an array of lenses
