Great shot! I took a picture of one of these in VA and I didn't know what it was! It looked like a queen stink bug! lol Thanks for the info! Congrats!

Thank you! This was one of the times that I just happened to have my camera with the correct lens when I was walking to the bus stop for my kids. He was creeping along the stable fence and i saw him out of the corner of my eye. I had to look it up online to figure out what it was and then confirmed it with a biologist friend. The light was perfect and the background was a bunch of bushes that were very far away so they blended into a perfect color with no distractions.
