Location
This photo was taken right by my kitchen window. I was caught off guard by the beautiful view.Time
It was a very early morning. It was about 5:30 AM, but I'm usually never up that early. I guess you can say it was the right time, right place kind of moment.Lighting
The lighting couldn't have been more perfect. My goal was to make the viewer think think that this photo was shot in the woods.Equipment
This was shot with a Canon Rebel T5i with a 18-55mm f/3.5 lens. No other equipment was involved.Inspiration
I've always wanted to catch nature at its finest off guard. I love nature, but sometimes nature and I don't get along very well. It was in that very moment I got to show nature who's boss.Editing
Yes, processing my photos are one of my favorite parts of photography! In this particular photo, I took the right half of the photo and copied it to the left side while flipping the half. This is how I was able to obtain that cathedral window look with the branches. In my camera bag
I won't go anywhere without my Canon Rebel T6s along with my 18-200mm and 75-300mm. I always need to be prepared for the unexpected.Feedback
The skies in Maryland are never persistent with its patterns. All you can do is always have your camera at the ready. That's what I always do.
