Location
This was captured at a local wildlife park near to where I live in Doncaster EnglandTime
It was around 11:30 in the morning on a nice sunny dayLighting
Yes the light was a soft low light being defused by light cloudEquipment
When I’m out on a shoot for wildlife I try a use my tripod, sometimes it’s not possible so I carry a small beanbag with me as well This helps to keep the camera steady when shooting at lower shutter speeds For this shot I used a Canon 5D Mark II with the canon EF 100-400 lensInspiration
I’m always automatically inspired when it comes to shooting wild cats, I’m a cat lover small and large from our domestic cat to the king, I love them allEditing
I started with a bit of a crop and used curves in Photoshop to give the image some punch then used a slight adjustment on the shadows and highlight sliders to finish offIn my camera bag

The most important bit of advice is be very patient, animals will do what they want and not when you want them to, set up your kit and wait, waiting pays off in the end Good luck
