Nice and cool image. The featured photos today are all pretty cool. This one stood out as more "magical" (for obvious reasons) than the others. Congrats on such creative success!

Location
I took this photo at home with just a black backdrop and studio lights. Nothing like coming up with a concept with your best mate at 1am after a beer and shooting it right there and then!Time
This was shot at possibly 2am after a night of brainstormingLighting
Well this was studio lights but the key to achieving the POP effect, its In the editing, Id rather not give to much a way but it is my version of painting with light!Equipment
I shot this (surprisingly enough) on my old Canon 500D on 18-200mm canon lens under studio lighting.Inspiration
Quality time with a best friend, a beer or 2, and a pen and paper! (obviously the love for portraiture helped)Editing
Im sure that this would be obvious, as mentioned earlier, the editing is kept secret but there are many sources out there where you could find out how to do this (who know, I might show this to you on a youtube lesson sometime! )In my camera bag
Always a Canon, mostly the 5D mkii. a 90mm portrait lens, a 50mm prime and a good flash and that is me!Feedback
Be creative, have fun with it, come up with your inspired idea and do not hesitate to ask me or anyone question, be it for lighting advice or set ups to camera settings.
