Shooting a liquid pour is often associated with high speed strobe lights.You can also use continuous light source such as 100w spotlight in a clamp lamp shining through a white reflector shutter speed:100/sec is just enough to freeze the motion of a pour, adjust ISO and f/stop for correct exposure based on your lighting setup.
