Behind The Lens

Location

The photo was taken in my home town at Kamalapur railway station, Dhaka. I am a self taught photographer, so every shoot is pretty much a new lesson for me.

Time

This is probably one of my favorite images. I remember walking around 5 PM and passing through a foot over bridge and see a local train entering the platform. This was taken on January 24, 2014 at 5.35 PM.

Lighting

I wanted this image to look mysterious and to draw the viewer into a scene in a story. I decided black & white would be more realistic to describe this moment.

Equipment

This was shot on a Nikon D5000 with an 18-55 mm f/5.3. No other equipment was involved
