Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken at Kalumburu remote community in the north of Western Australia.

Time

It was at sunset, around 5pm. I was experimenting with colours and light while taking my dog for a run.

Lighting

Early morning and sunsets are the best time for dramatic yet beautiful light

Equipment

The camera used was a Canon E500 with the standard lens. No other equipment was used.

Inspiration

I was looking to take a shot of my dog capturing his big smile after a big run.

Editing

Minimal post processing was used, only used lightroom to add a bit more emotion to the picture.
