Thank you all guys for inspiring me on this picture. The fact is, that night I drove up to the Highlands on my jeep to get a picture of my house with the northern lights but they didnt show up. I will try to get it next time!

Hungurfit in Rangárvallaafréttur/Laufaleitir Iceland

Time

after midnight

Lighting

unbelievable bright moonlight in the white snow, I did not have to use the headlight on the car to drive back home

Equipment

I used Canon 7D and 17-40mm lens

Inspiration

I wanted to capture the northern lights but got this moonlight in stead

this is the normal stuff.. 7d and 17-40mm lens
