This was once a place of tall stands of trees, we shared with generations
Revisited the tears fell, as the entire mountain had been "clearcut" and barren of Natures beauty that once stood tall.

Location

This was taken in SE Oklahoma (Moyers area). Once a thick stand of pine and hardwood trees, the lumber company has removed all life.

Snow on the ground bright sun, was surprised at the outcome.

Inspiration

For over thirty years a friend and I had roamed this beautiful haven in SE Oklahoma annually. I twas on this trip we realized the devastation of the clean cut program to countryside, we had long loved.

Olympus -Stylus-9000 I would love to have some updated professional equipment but this old camera has been around the world with me.

I normally am very inspired that my view (photo) has interested others. Each interpretation will be unique and different. I look for things that fascinate or have meaning, such as this simple snapshot. The world is fascinating from so many different angles, if you are appeased by it shoot it!
