Beach in the North of Portugal. Many beaches in the North of this country are as brave as this one. But local people seem not to care. We spent there a summer..., a summer of swimming dangerously. The castle in the isle was originally a prison. Alcatraz was a kinder garden compared to what this one used to be. Note the kitesurfing in the middle of the strong waves. Incredible.
