This photo I took at home while I was cooking

Lighting

My kitchen is illuminated by a very strong white LED light, excellent for shooting without flash with not too high ISO

Equipment

Sony alpha 7II 1/10sec. F3.5 ISO 1250 28 mm

Inspiration

It was a bad time for Italy and beyond, it still is ..... The three teaspoons, the green of the parsley, the white of the salt and the red of the chilli pepper draw the Italian flag. A symbolic gesture to say that I believe in my flag, especially at a time like this.
