Behind The Lens

Location

During this pandemic, all of my photos were taken at home, of course. My bedroom was transformed into a home studio thanks to the black sheets I have and with the help of the sun.

Time

It was in the afternoon, around 5 o'clock, when my studio light, the sun, had the most amazing light.

Lighting

I shoot it contre jour in order to highlight better the water drops.

Equipment

I used a Nikon D 7100, 24-70mm lens, no tripod and no flash.

Inspiration

With no access to outside world, no landscapes to photograph, I realised that I actually enjoy to shoot still life. I was so eager for all this to end and summer to come, that I wanted to bring summer a little bit closer.

Editing

Yeah .. Just a little bit of highlights and a little bit increased the blacks. All of my post processing is done in Lightroom.

In my camera bag

I usually don't have a bag, just my camera and my favorite lens, a 70-200mm.
