Location

This was taken in Stanley Idaho. It’s a Milky Way shot over the Sawtooth mountains

Time

This was taken around midnight

Lighting

I was in the worlds largest dark sky range preserve in Central Idaho

Equipment

I used a Nikon5600 with a 10-20mm lens. This pic was taken at 10mm. I used a tripod and remote shutter release

Inspiration

I have been obsessed with astrophotography since I learned it a year ago at a photo workshop

Editing

I did some editing in Lightroom. Not a lot. Just enough to make it pop. I’m not a fan over over processing

In my camera bag

My go to lens is my 18-300 mm lens. I also love my 105mm micro lens for macro photography
