Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken at Windrush Gardens a part of the Rural Life Museum in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Time

This bridal session took place in July in South Louisiana.

Lighting

This was shot in all natural light. It was an overcast day which made for perfect event tones.

Equipment

This image was captured with a Nikon D750. I was using an 85mm 1.8 Nikon lens.

Inspiration

This was one of the first images captured. We had just gotten started and one of the ladies that accompanied her made a funny comment and she burst out laughing.

Editing

I edited in LR and PS. Mostly white balance and some color adjustments as well as a little skin softening.

In my camera bag

2 Nikon D750 bodies. Nikon 35, 50 and 85 primes, a nikon 70-200 and a Tamron 10-24 wide angle. 4 Yungnoa Flashes with triggers/recievers. Speedlight gels, multiple sd cards and batteries.
