Behind The Lens

Location

Photo was taken at a local Big Box hardware store in their garden department.

Time

We were visiting with friends and decided to have a practice session with our cameras. This image was taken shortly after lunch.

Lighting

We just use the natural light in the garden shop no flash.

Equipment

My camera is a Canon 5D Mark III. This shot was also handheld.

Inspiration

This plant had just been watered and the color was so clear and the water droplets were sparkling.

Editing

As you can see it is a tight crop. No color adjustments were made because I am colorblind so I have to depend on the settings on my camera.

In my camera bag

I usually carry an extra battery and a remote and I let my camera do the rest.

Feedback
