Location
This photo was taken at the step well at Adlaj. Adlaj is a town in the State of Gujarat,India. It was built in 1498 by Rana Veer Singh of the Vaghela dynasty of Dandai Desh. It is intricately carved and is five stories deep.Time
The photo was taken in the afternoon on a bright sunny day. Since the well is deep the sunlight does not enter fully.Lighting
Since the photograph was taken at the lowest level in the afternoon some part of the sunlight came directly down reflecting off the water surface. This gives the ambience a very colourful hue.Equipment
Camera : Nikon D7200 Lens : 18-140mm kit lens. Taken handheld.. no flashInspiration
The ambience, the history of the place and the natural lighting due to overhead sun made it a great setting.Editing
