I find the tattoo on the right arm perfectly positioned to whisper into her ear as she is deep in thought. Her face evokes a feeling that the viewer would want to help. One wonders the story behind the pose. I would have suggested a wider field in focus catching the elbow. All in all, extremely engaging.
