Location
This photo was captured, outside the harbor of Svolvær in Lofoten, i where rented as a photographer for capturing nearly blind people having a good time fishing :-)Time
I met the group at 09.00am at the harbor, so i think it must have been about an half hour later, maybe 09.30. No rain but a bit windy.Lighting
since its taken at sea, the sun and the skies did all the lighting for me.Equipment
I where taken by a Canon 6D, and the Canon 24-70.Inspiration
I saw the light where perfect, and i where already ready whit the camera, so i just had to capture it.Editing
I didn`t do so much, mostly just some contrast, added more black and white after converting to black and white. In my camera bag
I always got my camera Canon 6D, my most used lens, the Canon 24-70, my Canon 70-200 F4, two memorycards, three batteries, my platypod pro Max, a lensbrush, tripod or just the tripodhead ( i use it on the platypod), sometimes i also bring with me my speedlite 430EXii. And thats about itFeedback
you may need to get out on a boat somewhere, and a bit fast shutterspeed, since there could be waves thats makes things blurry, on a boat it might be best to have it handheld, it`s more secure. Look for sunrays throug the skyes, let the camera take prewiev images in black and white, it`s easier to see contrast in the landscape. thats all i have to say about that :-)
