Location

The photo was taken at the Melia Hotel in Vienna - a state-of-the-art hotel, with exquisite design, the highest point on the Viennese skyline

Time

in the afternoon, around teatime 5pm

Lighting

There was a beautiful daylight coming in from above, like a ray - an adorable silent scenery in a modern hotel and it was difficult to shoot, cause I was hanging over the banisters to take this pic

Equipment

It was shot with a Canon 5d mark II, 24-70mm/f2.8 at f4/5, iso 800

Inspiration

I was at the bar in the 52th floor to take a business portrait and while entering the lobby my eyes fell on this incredibly beautiful ray which enlightens the stairway

Editing

Yes the usual ones, contrast, exposure, white balance, hightlights, shadows

In my camera bag

Depends on what I like to shoot, my camera equipment is from Canon, I have three bodies and a lot of lenses (zoom & fixed focal lenght)
