Location
This photo was taken of my little sister whilst she was playing in the park I had my camera with me and I asked her if she would mind me taking a few photos and sshe said she was fine with it and this was one of the best photos.Time
This was about 3pm on a sunny British summer dayLighting
The sun was slightly behind me and the day was clear.Equipment
I used a cannon 400D crop sensor camera with a tamron 70-300mm f4.5-5.6 lens.Inspiration
She was looking very grown up with her outfit and the lighting, I felt that it captures her personality well.Editing
No, this shot was straight from camera, using the camera in jpeg mode as I didn't own a post processing program at the timeIn my camera bag
My kit lens (18-55 f3.5-5.6, my 70-300 tamron and a 80-200 cannon usm as a back up lens, my bge3 battery grip and a lens cleaning pen and microfiber cloth.Feedback
Shoot in manual as much as you can when you start, it quickly teaches you how to respond to different light level changes. Don't underestimate how much the light from the sun can change from moment to moment. Practice is the key to good photos. Try to keep your as low as you can justify. This was shot at iso 100.
