Location
The photo was taken in Szczecin (Poland) in the city park (Park Kasprowicza)Time
Early in the morning. There was Easter that day in Poland so I was in hurry because I had to go to church. But I was taken some nice photos.Lighting
There was beautiful soft lighting through trees. Some of crocuses and water drops were in shadow so I had to choose best ones. It was only natural light.Equipment

Water drops are always very picturesque and ideal for great backgroud. All what you need is good lighting, good position of your camera and interesting main object.Editing

Find water drops and interesting main object, now place your camera straight to the sun. Best lighting is in the morning so you have to get up early in the morning for best effect.
