Location
This Photo was taken on the North Side (Looking south) of the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, Ca in November, 2011Time
I think this photo was taken around 0700 or 0800 AMLighting
This was all natural lighting. No flash required.Equipment
I used a Nikon D80 with a 24-85 MM F2.8Inspiration
My first time in San Fran and I wanted to get the Golden Gate Bridge. While there for three days, THis was pretty much all I got tho because the Fog came in and I wasn't able to shoot anything else because of the thickness of the fog. Im pretty happy with this outcome tho.Editing
I shot this in three frames for HDR. I used Photomatix Pro and Photoshop CC for the post.In my camera bag
Now, Ive since upgrade and I use a Nikon D800 with a 24-70 2.8 and a 70-200 2.8. I carry an SB-800 Speedlight and lots of batteries.Feedback
Saturate your brain with knowledge. Read about it, Youtube it and just practice. Nothing comes easy. Now and then you will get lucky and get a great shot without trying, but always commit yourself on getting the best and producing the best. When Im not editing, I watch tutorials by Glyn Dewis, Arun Kumar and a few others. These two people are very knowledgeable and have great videos that show how to do fantastic post edits...
