Love the shallow DOF around it...really pulls it together with all the elements.

I was outside my house. Trying to figure out what to shoot.Time
This was around noonLighting
To be honest. The time of day was perfect and the lighting was magnificent. So using my tokina was a breeze.Equipment
I had my first camera. Canon t2i and Tokina 100mm 2.8 it was handheld. No tripod. I always tend to hold my breath while shooting macro.Inspiration
I always been drawn into macro. It's hard to achieve a good photo. Plus look how tiny and grumpy. ;)Editing
A little contrast with some vibrance and bam!In my camera bag
I took that along time ago. right now I own a d800, d750, nikon 60mm macro 2.8 Nikon 50 mm1.4 g Nikon 20-35mm Nikon 80-200mm 2.8 Tokina 100mm 2.8 Nikon 28mm 2.8Feedback
Be patient! Practice ! And invest on good glass. Because even with the most expensive body, if you have buy a cheap lens. You are gonna get bad photos. Look into third party lenses , sometimes going that route will get you amazing lenses for half the price.
