Behind The Lens

Location

This was taken at work, during lockdown ok n 2020. I work as a Nurse Aide, healthcare was really hard back then, it's getting better now.But having to wear masks , all PPE for 12 hours a day is hard. I am a self taught photography for many years. Have taken courses to get better too !!

Time

This was taken at the entrance of my work, having to take employee temperatures, giving me a break from working the floor. It's an all day 12 hrs shift.

Lighting

I was sitting at the front, near the glass doors, there was plenty of light, so no flashes needed, or no editing.

Equipment

I usually use my two Nikon cameras, but while working, you don't take them to work, so I used my phone camera.

Inspiration

I took this photo to share around, especially with the humor on my t-shirt, as I am British, but have American citizenship too. Plus we need to keep calm during the lockdown crazy virus, so anything to put a smile on someone's face helps.

Editing

No processing needed, just snapped.

In my camera bag

I normally have 2 Nikon cameras, a manfrotto tripod, different lenses, an extra small camera, an Olympus Tough. This time I bused my phone camera.

Feedback

I would like to say that whatever captures the moment, you see something special or just something catches your eye, take a shot, it means something. You will never capture that shot ever again. Take a moment & grab the shot.
