WOW! That looks just like what we call \"black ice\" up north. Just a thin sheen of frozen water on the pavement that can send a parked car sliding right off the road if there is any grade to it at all. Impossible to stay on your feet if you get out of the car, the stuff is deadly for drivers! Great angle.
