I wanted to catch the ice with the sunrise, which I succeeded in doing

This was taken with my Canon 5D MarkIII, Sigma 14-24 Art Lens, Haida Filters and tripod

Inspiration

From the weather forecast, I knew of the siberian cold break and thus could save a suitable place with the app Photopills

Editing

I usually edit the images in Lightroom and Photoshop. Luminance masks are also in my workflow

Feedback

For the next winter I hope for the black ice in my area. We had this already last winter and had too little time to take good pictures.
