Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in my hometown, in the north part of the Urals. Our family have a house here with little garden which needs to be guarded.

Time

That's was early evening - about 5 p.m. To improve to skill I make a practice every 3-4 days. The point of it to photo same places in a different ways. That's why I like to photo my dog, he's very changable.

Lighting

Light was absolutely natural - I don't use extra light trying to catch the moment.

Equipment

Shot was made on Canon 500D body and Tair-3S lens.

Inspiration

I'd like to grow a skill to find different angles of shooting.

Editing

Postprocess was simple - colour correction and white balance. I like then photos looks natural, not like from studio.

In my camera bag

I used to carry a heavy bag with camera, 3 or 4 lenses, tripod and others. That's so uncomfortable to carry it! So now I'm slowly upgrade my eqip to make it more compact and weight less.

Feedback

Catch the moment (and buy lightweight camera easy to carry)!
