I took this photo at Cross Studio in Milan a couple of years ago.Time
I took this image in the morning. It was my first time with the model Ankhen Bogomazova and this was one of my first images. The studio has a great window and we used natural light.Lighting
I used the natural light from a big window on the side. The model is a master in posing and she showed all of her skills in every shot.Equipment
I used a CANON 5D MarkIIII and a 50mm lens.Inspiration
The photo was almost a casual one. Ankhen was showing all of her beauty and her talent in posing. She was amazing in finding nice geometries with legs and arms.she was so elegant and sensual and ... this was the result.Editing
I just made some adjustments in contrast and clarity. The photo is a natural image. In my camera bag
I normally have my camera and my 50mm Zeiss Milvus. It's a challenging lens because it's fully manual but it allows you to make almost everything.Feedback
I think that a good images comes from a good combination between photographers' eye and the ability of the model to stay in touch with photographer. In this case there was an absolute harmony. We knew what we were going to do and we perfectly knew which kind of images we were looking for. I think photographers should speak for an half an hour with the model before shooting to let her (him) understand the scope of work.
