If there's one place on this planet where nature is still strong and dominant, that must be the Faroe Islands. Gasadalur is definitely the proof that, even nowadays, we can find remote and wild places. And I am very glad!!! To take this shot of a storm rolling pass the village of Gasadalur I had to endure torrential rain, but the result is just breath taking.

I had to endure constant showers passing by on my location but I knew the reward was worth it.Equipment
I have used a Nikon D7200 with a 12-24mm lens, 290 extra manfrotto tripod and a B + W ND filter 10 stop.Inspiration
My photography is focused on the contrast between humans and nature. Gasadalur is the perfect example of how humans can adapt to different kind of environment.Editing
The image was processed in Lightroom and with the Nik's collection (Color Efex Pro 4)In my camera bag
In my bag you'll find my faithful Nikon D7200, a 12-24mm Nikon lens, a 24-120mm Nikon lens, Cokin Z series filters and B+W screw in ND filters and CPLFeedback
The key for landscape photography is patience. You need to be part of the landscape you are shooting. Don't just drive in and shoot, try to explore the location and experiment different angles. I have learnt this the hard way. Also don't if it starts to rain, pack some waterproofs and you'll be rewarded.
