Behind The Lens

Location

The photo was taken in Mount Bromo area, East Java, Indonesia.

Time

I took this photo on April 17, 2016 at 7:28 AM

Lighting

At that time, I just use the ambient light for the lighting.

Equipment

This was shot on a Sony ILCE-7M2 with a Sony FE 28mm f/2 lens only, no used of tripod or flash.

Inspiration

If I go take pictures along with my fellow photographers, we usually shoot each other for fun. And this photo is one of them.

Editing

For post-processing I used Photoshop and NIK Software, and I made adjustments in contrast, sharpness and saturation.

In my camera bag

The camera that always in my bag are Sony ILCE 7M2 and Olympus OM D EM5, and some lenses depending on the photographing purpose. For example if I would photograph Landscape, I will bring Sony FE 28mm f/2 lens & Samyang 14mm f/2.8 lens for my Sony cam, and Samyang 7.5mm f/3.5 Fish Eye lens for my Oly cam.

Feedback

In my opinion, if I take a candid photo, I will consider at two things. The first is the behavior of the object, and the second is the environmental situation in which the object is located.
