Location
This photographer was captured on my farm where i live because i love combining the beauty of the natural world with people.Time
I didn't check the weather forcast before conducting this shoot so when it began raining i really had to push my imagination. Just as the showers would clear, my model and I would quickly shoot our next outfit before running for the shelter again.Lighting
The sky was covered in dark clouds, however had the sun light attempting to peer through. This made incredibly soft light which I now prefer to shoot in after this experience. However, I did have to weary of the model lowering her face because it casted dark shadows below her eyes.Equipment
I don't exactly remember my lens but i believe it was a 50mm f/1.8 with my Canon 600D. Only natural light required.Inspiration
I get inspired from photoshoots i find on Instagram, tumblr and in magazines. In particularly, Guess photoshoots helped me form this image.Editing
I use photoshop for post-processing. I have only been learning how to use the application for approximately a year when i took this photo so my editing skills were pretty basic. My best advice would be to watch you-tube tutorials. In my camera bag
My camera, extra lens, memory cards, camera batteries, fold up reflector, bull-dog clips.Feedback
Experiment with your surroundings! I made no plan in the beginning to shoot amongst the hay grass but it gave great detail and depth. Also, don't be afraid of shooting in conditions you are not comfortable with, what i have learnt is that new experiences tend to recreate your photography style for the better every time.
