Location
Stonehenge, Wiltshire, EnglandTime
Just before sunset on a winter afternoonLighting
All natural lighting. Not been edited. What you see is the real thing. I had the camera in the car whilst driving past. So stopped, lent on the fence and waited till the sun dropped between the stones.Equipment
Nikon D200, Nikon 70-200 lens.Inspiration
As said, beautiful winter’s afternoon & being in the right place at the right time. Stonehenge is basically an ancient temple tens of thousands of years old which the sun is worshipped especially at midsummer/winter.Editing
No editing done.In my camera bag
Sigma 150-600, 70-200 2.8 Nikon 24.Feedback
Leave plenty of time to compose your shot and be ready when the sun hits the spot. Bracket so you hopefully will get at least one good shot& shoot in RAW
