Behind The Lens

Location

This picture was actually taken in our shop. It accidentally followed together with some plants imported from Spain, where this specie lives, and this was the first specimen in Sweden.

Time

This was taken in the afternoon.

Lighting

I mostly shot my macros with a twin flash from Canon that has diffusers on, and the light is shot trough a home made arched diffusor mounted on top of the lens.

Equipment

For this image, Canon 5D MKIV with a MPE-65 macrolens, twinflashes and double diffusors.

Inspiration

My huge interest in small animales

Editing

In my camera bag

I allways carry two Cameras, Canon 5D MKII and Canon 5D MKIV together with several lenses from 16 to 300 mm, depending on what I shot. Also filters, extension tubes, flashes, tripods etc.

Feedback

As the depth of field is very short in macro photography, I allways want a good angle to the subject to get a bit moore then the eyes in focus, using app. 11-14
