Location
I took this photo on a 10 day roadtrip last Autumn around the Spanish Pyrenees. This is Selva de Oza at Valle de Hecho.Time
It was taken at the end of the afternoon after many kilometers of a sinuous road up the mountain under some heavy rain.Lighting
The first rains after summer arrived that day which gave the image the exact mood that I wanted. A mountain peak surrounded by heavy clouds.Equipment
The shot was taken on a Sony ILCE-7 with a 16-35mm Sony Zeiss lens at 35mm.Inspiration
I have to say Nature. These are my favorite weather conditions to shoot. And along with the mountains it can only turn perfect to me.Editing
It's a single image color corrected to give the wanted mood.In my camera bag
My 16-35mm Sony Zeiss and a 28-70mm from Sony. The tripod goes attached on the backpack.Feedback
Go the highest mountainous area that you can or mountains with rocky peaks and keep track of the weather if you really want to have some moody shots.
