Behind The Lens

Location

It was taken near my home in Christchurch, NZ. I had pulled over in the side of the road when the kids noticed this beautiful NZ Harrier Hawke.

Time

It was afternoon , and I had to go home get my camera, come back at it was still there. Which I was super happy about.

Lighting

Overcast day, lighting not the best

Equipment

Olympus OMD EM10 Mark ii, zoom lenses 40-150 MM hand held.

Inspiration

The hawks was so close, not many chances to get as close as I did.

Editing

I used photoshopped to reduce the white in the back ground, put a slight yellow warm filter in the sky to reduce the bright white in the background.

In my camera bag

40-150mm lenses 14-42 mm m.zuiko 30mm 1:3.5 macro Battery charger Spare lense covers USB Cable

Feedback

Make sure you have your camera on you as much as possible. You just never know your luck. And have fun
