Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in my bedroom in a winter morning while having my breakfast.

Time

I remember it was around 8.20am in the morning. And the winter cold was in it's top peak in West Bengal, India.

Lighting

It's totally the natural lighting. No extra external light source are there. You know only the actual nature light source can gives the different light and that type of light source we can't get with external lights. And you see the difference in front of you that how can nature creates a proper shot with it's natural light source. And I'm spellbound after taking this shot. The light had come from one corner site not from the upper shot and that created the shadow of the object.

Equipment

I've used only my mobile camera to take this shot. No other other equipments were there.

Inspiration

I always trying to capture something different that others can't take usually. And that's why flatlays are always attracts me. I saw everyday there are lot of photographers captured interesting pictures with coffee mugs and beans or tea pots or ingredients. It attracts me more and one I've decided that I will also capture one shot like this. And suddenlt I found this situation in my bedroom under natural light and how can I miss the opportunity. So grabbed my mobile and took this shot.

Editing

Yes I've done. Just some color correction and added a little layer of fade. It gives the proper feeling of morning scene.

In my camera bag

I normally carry only my mobile to capture. But when I go out only for photoghraphy I carry a small kitbag to carry my three external Macro Lenses for macro shot. Mainly I love to capture macro but I prefer any other photography type that looks something different.

Feedback

I only can sy that just open your eyes and try see each and every details that is around you. Observe them, try to figure out in your mind that what can you capture by using that. And this helps you to expand your imaginary vision to capture the unseen world that is all around you. Keep it up. Best of Luck.
