Location
This photo was taken in the Ozark National Forrest off County Road 1205 Pelsor, Arkansas, United States.Time
Taken just before sunrise.Lighting
This photo was part of a shoot while taking a class from Arkansas landscape and wilderness photographer/author Tim Ernst.Equipment
Shot with a Nikon D-90 camera with a Nikkor 18-140 lens on a tripod.Inspiration
Tim Ernst took us to three different waterfalls in the Ozarks and instructed us on how to frame the shot, the best time of day to shoot (lighting) and experimenting with different camera settings. We then went to his studio in the middle of the Ozarks, on the Buffalo National River and analyzed the pictures. It was a day that started at 5:00 a.m. and I didn’t get back home until 9:00 p.m. but very informative.Editing
