Location
Yale University Campus in the middle of the road on College Street, New Haven, CT. Traffic was giving me just enough time to set the tripod on the double yellow line, frame the shot with hope that another car would not come along prior to shutter closing.Time
During the super moon around 10pm.Lighting
The clouds were rolling by changing the color cast by the second along with the street lights giving the warm glow and the courtyard post lights were bright white presenting a very challenging environment.Equipment
Nikon D5200 AF-S NIKKOR 50mm f/1.8G tripod self timerInspiration
As I was walking around the campus taking shots here and there, I heard an echo of a violin being played in the distance. I walked toward the sound which turned out to be Yale School of Music Morse Recital Hall. I was like that's the shot. Being in the middle of the road was the only way to properly frame the shot. It was an awesome moment.Editing
Cropping was the only post-processing needed. In my camera bag
