Very slick, seek and creative . . . I'm guessing you're heading for the advertising industry if you're not already there, lol. Aside from the branding, your photographs are a stylized thing of beauty. I could see these blown up and covering my wall ; - )

Great to see a win here Chris. I said before your pictures should be picked up for commercial distribution

I took this Image at Jaguar UK, I only really enjoy shooting cars in the prestige end of the market.Time
This image was taken at Jaguar around 3pm I was in a good mood in a warm studio, conditions for this shot were perfect.Lighting
I like a picture to tell a story, This car is a luxury car and I want that to come across. 1 thing I would say is build lighting gradually and don't love engineer it. The box was angled to the right of the rear of the car at 90 degrees with me to the left, that's where I get the hardest but punches most controllable light.Equipment
I never use a tripod I like to be free and the fine adjustments really make these shots. I used a canon 7D with a 24- 105L Lens, They work well but i feel an upgrade to medium format coming soon. I used 1 100 x 100 Elinchrom Soft box, I would usually use a strip softbox but wanted to fill the back of the car to a degree, the Head I used was an elinchrom 500 BXRi with Skyport trigger, The box was angled to the right of the rear of the car at 90 degrees with me to the left, that's where I get the hardest but punches most controllable light.Inspiration
The car, The prestige of the Jaguar Brand, and to get in 1 frame a glimpse of the car without over exposing it. To capture the exhaust the light and the branding in 1 image.Editing
This image was put through a screen boost of 30% and a couple of minor tonal weeks where the softball left a warm tone, but no blurring or burning, I do use photoshop but not on this.In my camera bag
canon 7D 24 - 105 L 70 - 200 L 2 elinchrom 500 BXRi heads with sky port and NO Light meter :-)Feedback
Get out there and take pictures, be where things happen, don't get caught up on gear salesmanship, a camera is a box that lets light in. 1 thing i try not to do is listen to other people follow your own vision and its possible,
