Simple. Because is single light. The other light catched in eyes is reflection from a silver reflector. So it is used just one Light.

The photo was taken in my home "wannabe" studio, where I have the luxury of taking it slowly, without time & financial pressure. As I am still a beginner, this was a great opportunity for exploring and evolving my studio light technique.Time
The shooting started around noon after a short brief with the crew and the model, and lasted on until the late evening, as the atmosphere was fantastic and ideas were just bursting from all sides, which turned this shooting in one of the best ones I ever had.Lighting
Lighting was quite simple, I used one studio strobe on the boom stand above model's head and one reflector, placed beneath her neck to increase the light in shadows. I played with different angels and light intensities, in order to get the most perfect light on to this beautiful makeup.Equipment
I am a Nikon guy whose camera was being repaired at the time of this shoot, so I borrowed my friend's Canon 5D Mark II with Sigma 70-200, 2.8 lens attached. During the shooting I used other lenses, but this particular photo was taken with the 70-200, 2.8 lens. I didn't use any tripod for the camera, everything was taken hand hold, so I could move around easily.Inspiration
As this was one of my first Beauty / Fashion shootings, I was trying to capture something different, something that is not an everyday scene on the internet. But the final product was spur of the moment thing, that one "clique" between the makeup artist, the model and the photographer.Editing
I did the post-processing in the Photoshop, after the basic cleaning of skin irregularities I did the makeup imperfection repair (for those spots which were smeared during the shooting), in order to maintain the natural skin texture I used the Frequency separation technique together with the Dodge&Burn technique, to stress highlights and shadows. In the end, I did Color correction of the skin, to fix the colors that are usually damaged by the light. In my camera bag
My camera of choice is a Nikon D750. It is a exceptional camera that won’t let you down, and stands up very well at high ISO settings. As a backup body, I have a Nikon D300s which I often use as a body for shooting Sports. In most other cases I use my new purchased Nikon D750. My workhorse lens is a Nikkor 50mm 1.4 , which I bought when I initially bought my camera and it goes with me everywhere. In my bag I also have a Sigma 70-200 2.8 as my mainly sport lens, and a Nikkor 24-70 2.8 as all round lens. I own and always carry with me a Nikon SB800 speedlight, spare battery pack and a couple of triggers. Occasionally when I go out for shooting landscapes, I take my tripod with me.Feedback
It is hard for me to give an advice, as I did this kind of shooting only a few times, but I can say - let Your imagination go wild on you, use simple lighting setup, try not to shoot under pressure and do not overdo with the post-production. In one word, ENJOY Your shooting, good photos will follow :)
